From Shelburne and South Burlington:
• Take Route 7 north, then left onto Pearl Street.
• Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center will be on the immediate right.
From I-89:
• Take Exit 14W onto Main Street. Take first right at the light onto East Avenue.
• At the end of East Avenue turn left onto Colchester Avenue.
• At second light turn onto Pearl Street (Colchester Avenue turns into Pearl Street at this point) and proceed one mile.
• Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center will be on the right.
From Essex and Winooski:
• Take Colchester Avenue west which will turn into Pearl Street at the intersection of Prospect Street.
• Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center will be on the right just after the Willard Street intersection.
