Administrator: Ursula Margazano
Ursula Margazano has served as Administrator in several Vermont nursing facilities prior to joining Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She holds a degree from SUNY IT Marcy/Utica.
Admission and Marketing Coordinator: Hina Rizvi
Hina holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in French from Saint Michael's. She was born in Pakistan, has lived in several countries and picked up different languages along the way. Hina previously worked as a marketing/admissions director in a residential community care home setting. She is vice president of a non-profit called "Celebrating Seniors," for which the mission is to serve community elders by promoting and developing opportunities for them to come together for social and multi-generational events and activities. Hina enjoys outdoor activies and loved to travel.
Director of Nursing Services: Lisa McDonald
Clinical Liaison: Casey Keefe
Born in Burlington, Vermont and raised in Jericho, graduate of Rice Memorial High School, alumnus of Champlain College with degrees in Business and Respiratory Therapy, currently completing a degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from SUNY-Canton. A U.S. Army veteran having served as a Medic during Desert Storm as well as post disaster relief following Hurricane Andrew, he continued to establish his career in healthcare as a Respiratory Therapist working in large tertiary facilities and small community hospitals around the country. Prior to becoming the Clinical Liaison at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center he was a staff Respiratory Therapist at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, New York. He currently resides in Jericho with his wife and three children, and if he has any spare time he can be found renovating his childhood home.

Rehabilitation Director: Todd Patterson, OT
Todd is an Occupational Therapist with 11 years experience. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Novia Scotia.
Director of Resident and Family Services: Lynn Avery, BSW
