Ursula Margazano has served as Administrator in several Vermont nursing facilities prior to joining Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She holds a degree from SUNY IT Marcy/Utica.

Director of Nursing Services: Melinda Senters

Melinda Senters has joined Burlington Health and Rehabilitation as Director of Nursing. Melinda relocated from the state of Georgia and now lives in Colchester, Vermont. Melinda has over 20 years of experience working her from LNA to RN.

Rehabilitation Director: Todd Patterson, OT

Todd is an Occupational Therapist with 11 years experience. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Novia Scotia.

Director of Resident and Family Services: Lynn Avery, BSW

Lynn has 25 years of experience in acute medical and long-term care setting. Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in social work.
