Short-stay rehab

If you're being discharged from a hospital, short-stay rehabilitation can help "bridge the gap" between hospital and home-and give you the extra time you need to get back on your feet again.

Burlington Care Center offers a complete range of post-acute and post-surgical care services. We also offer state-of-the-art physical therapy services through Premier Therapy Services , one of Americas most successful providers of therapeutic services.

Local Therapists Bring Home Statewide Awards

Local Therapists Bring Home Statewide Awards

The Vermont Health Care Association is the trade association which represents more than 90 licensed nursing home, residential care homes and assisted living facilities. Each year the association takes nominations from its participants to recognize the MVPs of each respective facility. These nominations are then reviewed by a committee and the recipient is awarded at the annual banquet. I am pleased to report that we had 3 recipients this year. Katie Jewett, PT and Bridget King, OT were nominated for being exceptional clinicians, mentors to fellow clinicians and valued members of the Burlington Health and Rehab Center team. Additionally, Blake Stoll, PTA received his nomination for his exceptional work at BHRC, Franklin County and Redstone Villa. Congratulations to all three for this well deserved recognition!
